SOLD >1957 Austin Healey 100/6 Museum Quality Fresh Restoration Documented 4 Seater Classic< One of the most popular Classic English cars.This was the first year for the 6 cylinder in these cars, also added were 2 inches in the wheelbase and a rear seat, bulging hood with air intake, fixed windshield. This car has the optional Wire Wheels and Overdrive Transmission. It is a West Coast (no rust & never had it) Nut and Bolt restored car. Less than 100 miles put on it since being restored. Take a look at all the photos and video. This car has been restored to Museum Quality. This car started, ran and idled without any issues, it idles very quiet but then has a nice sound to it when you bring the RPM up in the Engine, a true English Sports Car sound. From top to bottom it is in Excellent condition. This is a private party sale with a clear title. With a good restoration costing up to $100K, a person would do better by saving time and money buying one like this that is finished. Photos of this car being restored goes with the purchase. The Photos of this car were taken on a cloudy day and some on a Sunny day to show how the paint looks and comes alive when the Sun hits it. This car was built on 09-06-1956 which from doing the homework on it makes it one of the earliest 1957 cars made. I am told that it could be the #38 car made and it has the rare head in the motor. The photos and video show how nice the condition of this car is, which I would say is better than when it was new because of the quality of restorations that can be done at this time. |

All the Chrome and trim work is in excellent condition. Optional Wire Wheels.
Fully restored interior. The dash Switch shows the optional overdrive for the 4 speed Transmission.
Complete motor rebuild with lots of detail work done on it. It runs perfect.
Bottom looks as good as the top. Trunk has been detailed out. Has Boot for when top is down. New dual exhaust runs down the drivers side of the car. Photo also showing the Certification of this car being an original.
